Suitable for 6 weeks post Vaginal and 8 weeks post C section delivery.

- Strengthening the core, back and pelvic muscles
- Releasing tightness due to extended sitting, lying down and breastfeeding
- Mobilising & strengthening the joints
- Correcting overall posture
- Dealing with postnatal complications like Backache, Shoulder pain, Forearm, Wrist Pain etc.
- Reducing the effects of postpartum blues, stress and anxiety
- Supporting a healthy and happy postpartum journey

- Please get a go ahead from your doctor before booking the slot
- Once the slot is booked, the amount is non-refundable and non-transferable
- No extension of classes if sessions are missed in the month
- It's an online group yoga class. Questions and queries will be taken post class.
- Please feel free to DM with your queries. Please bear with any delay in replying.
- The recording will be available for 7 days post the session. There will be no further extension
