This program is designed for moms who are at least 10 weeks postpartum. Whether you've recently given birth or it’s been some time since your delivery, you’re welcome to join and start your postpartum recovery journey.

Unlike standard fitness programs, which may not address the specific needs of a postpartum body, this program is tailored to promote balanced recovery and strength building. This program begins at an introductory level to help you gently reconnect with your core. As you progress week by week, the difficulty level increases to build your strength safely and effectively.
